Reflecting on a Vibrant Los Angeles Design Week Summer Market: A Journey Through Luxury and Innovation
As the Social Media Chair for the Interior Design Society (IDS) Orange County Los Angeles, I had the incredible opportunity to immerse myself in the creative buzz of Los Angeles Design Week Summer Market. From the opening of Outdoor Living 2024 to the grand finale with MOGUL, the week was filled with inspiring events that showcased the best in luxury design and craftsmanship.
11 Ravens: Setting the Stage for Outdoor Living 2024
We kicked off the week with a spectacular morning at 11 Ravens, renowned for their luxury game tables. The showroom's launch of Outdoor Living 2024 was nothing short of impressive. Guests enjoyed mimosas while exploring 11 Ravens' stunning Vitro Ping Pong and Pool Tables. Each piece was a testament to the brand’s dedication to bespoke, modern design, with every table meticulously handcrafted in Los Angeles. Their diverse range of products, from billiards to poker, truly exemplifies their commitment to elegance and functionality.
Thomas Lavin: A Showcase of Global Elegance
Our next stop was TL, where the new Link Outdoor Gallery was a highlight. Scott Lang’s tour offered an in-depth look at the latest in outdoor living, with a refreshing drink and light snacks enhancing the experience. The Thomas Lavin showroom was brimming with international charm, featuring a remarkable array of furniture, textiles, rugs, and accessories. The addition of new outdoor designs from Chivasso, JAB, Jiun Ho, Liaigre, McLaurin + Piercy, and Tatiz was particularly noteworthy, reflecting a global perspective on luxury and style.
MOGUL: A Glamorous Grand Finale
The week culminated in a dazzling finale with MOGUL. Attendees indulged in rosé and summer nibbles while mingling with design aficionados. The exclusive 50% off floor sale was a standout feature, providing a unique opportunity to acquire stunning pieces at exceptional prices. It was the perfect way to end a week filled with inspiration, offering guests a chance to elevate their spaces with luxurious finds.
